Actually I am thinking a better way to run penny bidding website: to have a fixed top price. When the current auction price reaches that fixed price, the bid ends immediately, and the bidder with the most bids in that auction wins. I think this will creates a little predictablity and fairness. What do you think? BTW, I am also watching swoopo.
